When password protection just isn't enough, SeekBeak allows you to specify a whitelist of allowed referrers for Groups, a feature located under the More menu option when editing a Group. We call this feature:

How it Works: Content Access on Your Terms

With Allowed Referrers, any content within that Group will only be visible when:

• Embedded inside a defined domain
• Accessed from a link on a specified domain

Once set up, your content is no longer publicly available! Anyone attempting to access the content directly (e.g., by copying and pasting the link) will either receive a "404 - Not Found" error or be redirected to a URL of your choosing.

Referrer Templates

Referrer Templates let you:

• Quickly Add & Manage Domains: Define a set of allowed referrers once and apply it to multiple Groups.
• Centralized Control: Easily update or remove referrers across all associated Groups with a single change.
• Streamlined Workflow: Avoid repetitive configuration for each individual Group.

When a Snap Group uses a Referrer Template:

• If a Redirect URL is set, viewers from non-allowed domains will be redirected to that URL.
• If no Redirect URL is set, viewers from non-allowed domains will receive a "404 - Not Found" error.
